LAST CALL is a private comedy salon tucked away in Mid-City, Los Angeles. Drawing inspiration from the storied past of chitlin circuits, cotton clubs, and colored-only audiences, this intimate space allows performers to explore and hone their comedic voices before a Black audience. Here, the need for explanation fades—the laughter and connections speak for themselves.
On Saturday, April 26th the debut edition will unfold in a living room that echoes the classic charm of Los Angeles apartments seen in Girlfriends and Moesha. In the spirit of keeping things sacred, admission is not guaranteed. This salon is reserved for discreet audience members.
